Air Fryer: Gently brush the crust of the frozen Great Empanada(s) with cooking oil on both sides. Place the Great Empanada(s) in the Cook Basket without crowding them. Set air fryer to 350°F. Cook for 12 minutes on one side. Using tongs, carefully flip the empanada(s) and cook for 10 more minutes.
Oil Fryer: Preheat enough oil (sunflower, canola, vegetables or corn) to fully cover the Great Empanada(s) to 375°F. Carefully slide the frozen empanada(s) into the hot oil without crowding them. Fry for 6 minutes. Using tongs, carefully flip empanada(s) over and cook for 4 more minutes.
